What to extract

--URLs, domains, IP addresses, CVEs, hashes, handles, files, dates, and named organizations.
--Visible claims made by the source.
--Evidence that is missing or not independently checked.
--Private details that should be redacted before sharing.

How to write it

Start with what is visible. Then add the source, date, and a short limit note. If a claim is not verified, write that directly instead of hiding it inside confident language.
