Commercial service
n8n review service terms
Short pilot terms that keep scope, data transfer, payment, and refund boundaries visible before work begins.
Service and delivery
The €99 Client Handoff Release Check is a fixed-scope review of one baseline and one release candidate containing up to 30 active nodes. Delivery includes prioritised findings, a client-ready record, a 20-minute handoff call, and one corrected-candidate recheck within seven days. The requested 48-hour period begins only after availability is confirmed in writing.
Payment and refunds
Work does not start until fit and the start time are confirmed. An order cancelled before work begins receives a full refund. After work begins, refund eligibility is assessed in writing against work completed and not yet delivered. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Data boundary
The first form does not upload workflow files. It sends node counts, SHA-256 digests, the n8n version, requested date, and contact details only. Production credentials, secrets, customer payloads, and production access are not requested. Any local report or screen to be shared, and its deletion time, are agreed in writing before work starts.
Authority and customer responsibility
The buyer confirms that they are authorised to have the workflow reviewed and to share any agreed material. The customer is responsible for redacting personal or confidential data that should not be shared.
Limits
The service is not workflow development or repair, a penetration test, compliance certification, legal advice, a production-readiness decision, or a security guarantee. Static and bounded evidence does not prove all runtime behaviour.
Confidentiality and NDA
A mutual NDA may be signed before a file or report is shared. The downloadable draft is a starting document and either party may have it reviewed by legal counsel.
