What changed on the site?

Only new features and meaningful changes are recorded here. Small technical fixes are omitted.

Latest update: 4 September 2026

Changed

The handbooks page is a shelf of working notes

The title is a sentence: working notes I keep and reopen. Library and brochure language is gone.

Each PDF shows what it is, what it is not, language, date, and size, with one Download button.

Changed

Sign in and join as one plain card

Community sign-in is now a single narrow card: a step counter, one sentence, a full-width email field and button.

The code step shows the address, prints the code large and spaced, and puts the error right under the field. The authenticator step uses the same layout.

Changed

One door per job: duplicate and empty pages removed

The homepage now shows the name, one line, and the latest article. The About page keeps only the working rule and a method paragraph.

Notes, decision tree, roadmap, and practice-lab addresses now redirect to Articles, Start here, and Case Lab. Detection pack, source changes, and empty web desks without records left the menu and sitemap.

New

The NGate public-source evidence video is live

The 33-second silent 1080p video walks through ESET's public NGate SHA-256 and the HTTP/2 200 line returned by the live report page.

No APK was downloaded or run; the video uses only public static OSINT evidence.

Changed

Primary paths and reading surfaces were simplified

Desktop and mobile navigation now show only Articles, Projects, Case Lab, and About; the logo returns home.

The article archive is also visible in the footer, while the long specialist list remains available as a collapsed site-map directory.

New

Two short research notes on WannaCry and McAfee

The research-file shelf now has two personal notes dated 30 August 2026: the WannaCry kill-switch domain and the 2012 McAfee photo EXIF.

Each note is short paragraphs plus that locale's own 1080p video. The subtitles stay clean.
