Useful observation

  • • Record the date and only the behaviour directly visible on screen.
  • • Put the primary URL first, followed by mirrors of the same public content.
  • • Use a testable sentence such as “The post links to a betting channel.”
  • • If an image is needed, cover personal fields with solid black rectangles and use the cleaned copy.

Remove these

  • • Phone, email, identity, IBAN, card, or payment information.
  • • Private chats, closed-group invites, individual profiles, or family/location details.
  • • Unsupported statements such as “this person is definitely guilty.”
  • • Irrelevant screen areas, comments, or third-party information.

How the Telegram bot behaves

  • • It works only in a private chat: choose a category, then reply with one public URL.
  • • If added to a group, it posts a private-chat notice and leaves immediately without processing group content.
  • • It never visits the submitted URL and rejects media, forwarded messages, and personal data.
  • • It stores no content; optional retry protection holds only the Telegram update number.
  • • It prepares a note but never submits it to an authority automatically.

Separate evidence from accusation

A username, channel, or link is not proof of a crime. Record the date, public URL, and directly observed behaviour. Do not infer identity, intent, or network membership without additional evidence.
